What once was a tiny bedroom community situated just west of Indianapolis is now a “grown up” and still growing Town. Fifteen years ago, 1990, the Census recap indicated there were 7,268 people in the Town of Brownsburg. Today we boast of over 17,000 residents. The growth has been steady and encompasses all sides of the Town.

The Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce has experienced the same growth pattern. We currently have 296 Members. The Membership consists of individuals as well as the largest retail and commercial businesses. A phrase associated with the growth of the Town and the Chamber of Commerce is: “Growing for a New Tomorrow.” We work closely with the local Town Management and Economic Development Commission along with the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership to attract new business to our Town. Our Industrial Park, Eagle Point, is home to several distribution facilities and is seeing a rapid growth of Auto Racing Industries moving into the area.

The Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors recognizes this growth and welcomes all the new folks and new businesses to Town. We are a Service organization dedicated in our efforts to help businesses grow.

We want to assist in the escalation of the quality of life for our residents. Brownsburg offers a wide variety of Dining facilities from fast food to fine dinning. Our Youth and Religious programs are second to none. We have several Churches to choose from and our Youth activities are expanded every year. The Parks & Recreation Department has several parks in the system and has just completed the opening of the Brownsburg Community & Recreation Center

Our Community School Corporation is widely recognized as a quality School system that draws residents from many areas as they relocate for business and vocational employment. Kindergarten through 12^th grade is available with several choices of higher education within easy driving distance. Indiana has many fine Universities throughout the State.

The Brownsburg Community has outstanding Health Care facilities covering most of the needs of the residents from eye care to serious injury to catastrophic illness relief. Hendricks Regional Health Hospital is just a short drive from Brownsburg.
