Please select the appropriate level for your business and remit accordingly. NOTE: Two part time employees are considered to be equal to one full time employee.

Level A: Over 50 employees or 2 million dollars in revenue............$500 annually

Level B: Between 20 - 50 employees..........................................$250 annually

Level C: Under 20 employees & not-for profit organizations...........$135 annually

Level D: Associate membership.................................................$ 65 annually

Non-commercial, retired individuals, or residents. Not intended for businesses)

Annual investments are payable January 1st of each year. New members will be assessed as follows:

If joining: January - June.......................Full Amount

July - September...................75% of Full Amount

October - December..............50% of Full Amount
