LHC’s Select Workshops are a series of half-day and lunchtime workshops hosted by Leadership Hendricks County designed to provide ongoing, interactive, and research-based professional development for Hendricks County citizens and surrounding areas.
In this session, participants will learn:
- How to distinguish between a pool and a pipeline
- Tactics of measurement and how to measure what you desire to grow
- How to engage the community and demonstrate community needs
