Avon Town Hall; 6570 E. US 36. Hendricks County residents are invited to participate in facilitated discussion focusing on prioritizing key issues facing the County's future, such as land use, growth, county image, agriculture, transportation and parks. Each workshop will last 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
Description
Youare invited to a public workshop to prioritize the issues that were identified during the visioning process in Hendricks County. This workshop is intended to gather public opinion and to further develop the goals and policies that should be included in the County's updated Comprehensive Plan. Please invite your friends and neighbors to attend and ahve a say in Hendricks County's future! Prioritization Workshops: Hendricks County residents are invited to participate in facilitated discussion and other exercises at these workshops, focusing on prioritizing key issues facing the County's future, such as land use, growth, county image, agriculture, transportation and parks. Each workshop will last 1-1/2 to 2 hours. County residents can also follow the Comprehensive Plan's progress by going to www.Communtiy Collaborate.com. Monday April 10, 2006, 6:30pm at New Winchester Christian Church; 75 S. SR 75 (just south of US 36) Wednesday April 12, 2006, 6:30pm at Avon Town Hall; 6570 E. US 36 Thursday April 20, 2006, 6:30pm at Danville Town Hall; 147 W. Main Street Residents do not need to attend every workshop; the agenda for each will be identical. Questions?
