            • DIRECTOR OF YOUTH AND FAMILY MINISTRY

              The Director of Youth and Family Ministry will work to provide our youth God’s love through a balance of programs and activities focused on:

              1. 1.  Worship: To honor and obey
              2. 2.  Discipleship: To equip, mentor, and nurture our youth’s and family’s relationship with Jesus Christ
              3. 3.  Fellowship: To promote connection, conversation and compassion
              4. 4.  Ministry: To discover, develop and nurture our youth’s God-given gifts and potentialities
              5. 5.  Evangelism: To reach out and share God’s Good News
              6. 6.  Community Service: To put their faith in action by serving others
              This leadership position will focus primarily on ages 5 through high school and their families. The Director of Youth and Family Ministry position will facilitate and implement the ministry vision and values as shared by the Senior Pastor, Staff Parish Relations Committee, and Executive Team.

              This is a part-time position of 20-25 hours per week. Compensation includes salary and allowance for continuing education. Send your resume and cover letter to               office@calvaryunited.org.
