Sales Representative

Job Description:

Big Sky Roofing is searching for a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position will be primarily focused on Residential Roofing, Siding, and Gutter opportunities. You will be working directly with clients to educate, identify needs/wants, offer sales solutions, and provide an honest and professional customer experience. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, honest, and have an overall desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities. Including networking with realtors, insurance agents, and other business professionals to build your book of business.

• Run leads provided by the company while following our sales processes. 

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and damage assessments to educate homeowners.

• Manage sales opportunities from inception to completion: including follow-ups, answering questions, providing detailed estimates, and setting proper expectations with clients.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure your projects run smoothly and your customers are completely satisfied

• Provide every customer with the most honest and professional experience you possibly can

Qualifications:

• Industry experience preferred but not required - We will train you

• A strong desire to succeed and willingness to learn

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to climb ladders and walk pitched roof surfaces on 1-3 story residential homes.

• Must have a: clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and clean background check.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule
