Organized, day-long, community fundraising event by the American Cancer Society This year’s theme: Destination Cure: Imagining a World without Cancer • Teams have themed activities and goods available for purchase for a donation • Teams take turns walking around the track • Food, games and activities provide public entertainment and build camaraderie all day • Family-friendly environment for the entire community (DJ, school and local entertainment acts) • Come for an hour or stay all day (15-hour event)! No - this event is family-friendly and there is no pre-registration to attend, unless you are participating as a team member. Just come and enjoy the day and bring money to support our teams by purchasing food, drink and activities. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? The town hall parking lot will be closed during Relay for public safety. However, there is plenty of parking behind the Town Hall on the side street behind the building (enter from the North side street / alley (Railroad St.) or from the South side of Town Hall and park along Adams St. or Vermont. Additional overflow parking may be available near Arbuckle Acres Park. What can I bring into the event? You can bring strollers, bags or anything to the event to carry your personal items, but Relay for Life is a pet-free event, so please leave your furry friends at home. :( Can't attend?
