You're invited to the next Hendricks College Network Breakfast Academy. Hendricks College Network is partnering with area universities and education providers to bring you the training and information you have always wanted but never had time to investigate! Each session of the Breakfast Academy will feature an interactive program presented by university experts on topics relevant to Hendricks County Businesses, School and Organizations. Dr. Henry Merrill, Interim Associate Vice Chancellor for Lifelong Learning and Dr. James Johnson, Director of Credit Programs, from IUPUI will present the interactive program on employee motivation: Stategic Planning Focuses Your Daily Thinking on Thurday, May 4, 2006, from 7:30-9am. This interactive presentation focuses on the linkages between your organization's vision, strategic planning and decision-making about day-to-day operations for employees at all levels. Appreciative Inquiry is an innovative, systems perspective to tap the "positive change core" within and between individuals and organizations. Hosted by West Central Conservancy District; 243 S. Co.
