The Hendricks County Community Foundation, in partnership with the Hendricks College Network, invites you and other local scholarship providers to a virtual meeting to discuss recent executive orders and their effects on scholarship provision.
Our goal is to help scholarship providers better understand the evolving requirements and ensure clarity around what qualifies as an eligible scholarship. Please note that this session is for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. Providers should consult their own legal advisors for recommendations on any changes to their programs.
As a valued scholarship provider, we invite you to join us for this virtual meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. During this lunch-hour session, we will review background information on the executive orders, discuss the resulting changes to scholarship eligibility, and provide time for questions and answers.
To allow for open dialogue, the meeting will not be recorded, nor will AI Meeting Assistants, AI Notetakers, or Meeting Bots be allowed into the meeting.
Those who cannot attend are invited to schedule a one-on-one meeting by emailing Eric Hessel, HCCF VP President of Programs, at eric@hendrickscountycf.org or Tracy Berens-Funk, HCN Director of Adult Workforce Initiatives, at tracy@hendrickscollegenetwork.org.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Eric at HCCF. We hope you will join us for this important conversation.
