Director of Music Ministry needed at Good Samaritan Episcopal Church in Brownsburg, Indiana. We are an inclusive church with a mission to love all people, serve all people, and include all people. No exceptions. The part-time position supports the mission of the church through congregational music and music outreach.
The ideal candidate will:
1) be familiar with a liturgical community that utilizes traditional liturgical music as well as many other styles and forms of sacred music,
2) play an instrument (preferable) and read/perform/direct music,
3) demonstrate acceptance of an inclusive environment,
4) demonstrate experience with leadership and possess organizational,and communication skills,
5) exemplify a mission focus (willing to be flexible when needed and focused on church mission outcomes)
