Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU), Central Indiana’s largest credit union, has earned two major honors for the third consecutive year. Newsweek named IMCU one of America’s Best Regional Banks and Credit Unions, awarding a prestigious 5-star rating. Locally, IMCU was voted Best Credit Union by the community in the Best Things Indianapolis Community’s Choice Awards.
Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group recognized the most trusted institutions nationwide based on financial data, customer feedback, press coverage, and app and social media reviews.
“More than financial service providers, credit unions are community partners, showing up in neighborhoods, participating in local initiatives, and helping strengthen the connections that bind their members together,” said Jennifer H. Cunningham, Editor-in-Chief, Newsweek.
The Best Things Indianapolis Community’s Choice Awards winners were selected by the community as the best in the area.
“We’re honored to receive these awards for the third year in a row,” said John Newett, IMCU President and CEO. “They reflect our team’s unwavering dedication and commitment to serving our members and communities.”
