The Brownsburg Girls Soccer Team is preparing for their Fall Awards Banquet. The Team is looking to parents, friends and the community for help. Each year we hold a raffle as a fundraiser to sustain the budget that supports the team throughout the year. We would be gracious for any donations that could make our Fall Awards Fundraiser a success. Our girls have worked hard and their tremendous efforts on the field have resulted in a top ten state ranking. Let's show our support for the team. You can help in the following ways: • Make a cash donation. Donations will be added to our donor list and included in recognition opportunities. Donations must be received by Friday, October 27th. Make checks payable to: Brownsburg High School w/letter instructing the Athletic Office to credit the soccer program. Mail to: Brownsburg High School, Athletic Department, Attn: Soccer Fundraiser , 1000 S. Odell, Bburg, 46112 Or, give to a committee member listed below. • Provide a gift-in-kind donation. Donations in the form of goods, services, etc. can be picked up by one of our committee members upon confirmation of such donation via email or by phone. • Appeal to local businesses on behalf of the soccer program. Movie tickets, gas cards, restaurant coupons, and soccer apparel, etc. are some ideas. Let's make use of all our resources and secure items for the raffle. Remember that Brownsburg residents are patrons of the Avon businesses, so let's not forget to offer them the opportunity to support. • Volunteer. Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas such as set up and decorations, photo and video production, food service and clean up. Contact me if you are willing to help. Fundraising efforts need to be finalized no later than November 4th so please notify a committee member of your intention ASAP.
